Liturgy is a celebration of the whole Church in which we become holy and give glory to God. In the
liturgy we are called to full and active participation so that we may be enriched by its splendor. Since
God has given each of us unique and special gifts, we are called to celebrate, not only as the corporate
body of Christ, but also according to our divine endowment.

The office of Liturgy is responsible for the planning and implementing of
the liturgies. To help us in our endeavor to assist the assembly to achieve
full, active and conscious participation in the liturgy there is a need for
many of our faithful to be part of several ministries. We encourage all parishioners
interested in serving the Church to consider participating in one of them.
As the work of Christ, liturgy is also an action of his Church. It makes the
Church present and manifests her as the visible sign of the communion in Christ
between God and men. It engages the faithful in the new life of the community
and involves the "conscious, active, and fruitful participation" of everyone.
